I was extremely happy with the way the entire staff treated me. They were mindful of my comfort and even discomfort level. They treated me with care during a sensitive tooth situation. They undertood my financial situation and worked with me to stay within my goals without cutting necessary treatments to maximize my dental health. Never once was I shamed for my dental health. They educate rather than shame the patient. I never felt pressured into a financial situation I couldn't afford. I am very comfortable with all the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone I came in contact with treated me with compassion and kindness. I was also relieved to know this dental team doesn't perform "temporary" unnecessary work just to be able to bill the insurance as much as possible.
