Everyone my mom and I met at this office were the kind, accommodating, and understanding. My mom, the patient, uses a wheelchair and not once did they make her feel uncomfortable for not being able to do certain things an average able-bodied person can do. When it came to the financial aspect, they presented an itemized list to show us exactly what was being paid for and how much. Even when we hit some financial bumps in the road, they made sure we knew our options and did their best to work with my mom’s income. Crystal, the RDH we had the pleasure to be seen by, is such a kind and personable woman. Everyone, including the doctor, made an effort to get to know us on a personal level and made sure my mom was 100% certain on the work she needed to get done. I love that they do not sugar coat the oral health of their patients, but they still make sure they aren’t making the patient feel bad about it. It was a great experience that felt like true human connection from people who seem to love their jobs!
